A useful agent reads your data, proposes an action and shows its reasoning. It doesn't decide for you. We build that layer with explicit guardrails: bounded scope, an execution log, and a refusal when the data isn't there.

TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL. With tests, versioned migrations and documentation another team can pick up without us. We also rebuild ageing systems without stopping the business.

03How we work
The order is the point: each stage exists only to make the next one cheaper.
Two weeks at most. We write down what the system must do, and above all what it will not do. The document is yours even if we go no further together.
A version running on your real data, not a clickable mockup. If the idea doesn't hold, it falls here — the cheapest possible place to fall.
Delivered in slices, with data migration, team training and a reversible cutover. No blind big-bang weekend.
On-call, observability, fixes and new work. The code, the data and the documentation are yours from the first day to the last.
