A general-purpose ERP can count items. It doesn't know that a roll is sold in metres and dyed in kilos, or that one failed bath is paid for in ruined rolls. ERPOne starts from the material: every stage knows its units, its tolerances and what came before it.

Traceability end to end
From a finished roll, the tree walks back through every stage to the original cotton bales, with country of origin and certified content.
Right-first-time prediction
In wet processing — the costliest station — every queued bath gets a prediction, its contributing factors, its mitigations and the counterfactual.
A unit engine that holds
Converting 100 m to kg depends on the specific roll, not an average. The conversion knows the difference between the specification and the actual instance.
